The PlayStation Plus Essential Games for September 2024 have been announced. They will be Quidditch Champions, Little Nightmares 2 and MLB The Show 24. The games will be available to add to your PlayStation Plus account from the 03 Sep 2024. You can download and play them anytime as long as your PlayStation Plus account is active. I have written a very detailed Blog about PlayStation Plus over on mithrie.com, if you're interested. Do any of these games look interesting to you? And the next bit of news for today is extended previews of Black Slate have been released. Black Slate is a third person game built in Unreal Engine 5. It's reminiscent of Metal Gear Solid, but also has gameplay elements from Max Payne. There isn't a release date yet for Black Slate, but when there is, I'll be sure to announce it on the Gaming News. Are you interested in a game like Black Slate? And the last bit of news for today is Konami has been teasing that Metal Gear Solid 4 will be coming to modern platforms. Metal Gear Solid 4 was originally released on the PlayStation 3, and there hasn't been an update to the game since. However, given the Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Vol 1 included all the games up until Metal Gear Solid 3, it's natural to assume that Metal Gear Solid 4 will be included in Volume 2.
