Gothic 1 is getting a Remake. An in depth trailer was revealed during the THQ Nordic Showcase 2024. Gothic is an RPG game with a medieval setting, that originally came out in 2001 on PC. The remake is getting a graphical overhaul as well as updates to different gameplay elements. It's set to come out on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. When we know the release date for the Gothic 1 Remake, I'll be sure to announce it on the Gaming News. Have you played a Gothic game before? And the next bit of news for today is a short teaser for the Darksiders series was revealed during the THQ Nordic Showcase. There hasn't been a Darksiders game released since Darksiders 2 Definitive Edition, which came out back in 2015. There's been many Darksiders games in the past and they have proven to be very popular. When there's more information about the next Darksiders game, I'll be sure to share it on the Gaming News. Have you played a Darksiders game before? And the last bit of news for today is that Avowed has been delayed until the 18 Feb 2025. That will allow Obsidian more time to give the game more polish. The other games that Activision, Blizzard and Xbox are working on will be revealed during Gamescom 2024. There will be an update livestream about Avowed itself on the 23 Aug 2024.
