And the last bit of news for today is the narrative for The Alters has been explained. The game centers around the idea that a single choice in your past can be pivotal to how you turn out as a person in the future. The developers at 11-bit Studios looked at their own lives to decide what were the pivotal moments, and they modeled it in the game. In the story of the game, the main character has to create alters in order to help him escape an alien planet. Those duplicates, however, are different, based on a different choice in their past.
