For now, Control 2 is in the proof of concept phase, and development has already started on the Max Payne Remakes. Take-Two currently own the IP for Max Payne and are working full pelt on the remakes. Control 2 is projected to be in the proof of concept phase at least for the next few quarters. It had to be delayed because of split screen issues on the Xbox Series S.
