The Gran Turismo movie has started filming. It follows the real life Gran Turismo player who became a professional driver. It's an interesting take on a gaming based movie, but when there's more details about it in the future I'll be sure to report it on the Gaming News.
And the next bit of news for today is after the launch of God of War Ragnarok, there's been a couple of concerns raised about the amount that the NPCs in the game are helping the players, talking tactics and trying to help you to become better. Some people really don't like the idea of backseat gaming and want to work out the game for themselves. For me personally, I'm okay with the streaming community helping me with games or even the MPCs helping with games, but given the concerns, maybe developers should add in a "mute in game" help option. I will never use it personally, but it could help other gamers.
The last bit of news for today is the Director of Sonic Frontiers has taken feedback of the game very seriously, describing the game as a global play test and saying that there's a long way to go to make it better. Hopefully, they can with time, maybe some patches and updates for the future and hopefully it will influence the direction of any future Sonic games as well. It's a step in the right direction. Sonic has not had the best reputation last few years, so it's good that this game is trying to help restore it.
