Larian Studios, who is the developer behind Baldur's Gate 3, have released a blog post on Steam talking about how they're working on the motion capture and more. And they're given an update on the development of the game, saying that Act 1 is mostly complete and they're working really hard as an Act 2 and Act 3, and the game is scheduled for release during 2023. We also might get an actual official release date announcement next month during Dec 2022. When there's any update for Baldur's Gate 3, I'll be sure to report it on the Gaming News.
And the next bit of news for today is the developer of No Man's Sky, Hello Games announced the VR mode for No Man's Sky a few months back, and they have also now confirmed that the game itself will be ready for the PSVR 2 launch on the 23 Feb 2023. If you are into No Man's Sky and you're also looking forward to the PSVR 2, then you'll be able to play them on the PSVR 2's launch date.
And the last bit of news for today is modder Speclizer_ has uploaded a video showing potentially what the God of War photo mode will look like. However, it is clearly unfinished, so we will see soon if PlayStation patch God of War Ragnarok to include a photo mode. I think gamers will really enjoy it because you can change potentially the facial expressions of the different characters, so you can make Kratos smile, for example.
