Apparently Uncharted Legacy of Thieves Collection is going to be coming out on PC on Steam on the 19 Oct 2022. That's according to an update on the Steam DB. It's not been officially confirmed, so if there's an official launch date that is confirmed by PlayStation, then I'll be sure to report it on the Gaming News.
And the next bit of news for today is according to a post on Reddit, Hogwarts Legacy is going to be featuring some DLC in the future, which includes 72 hours early access to the game. The way that the leaker managed to get the information was actually to view the source of hogwartslegacy.com. To view the source of any website you go to, any website you right click if you're able to, and you click View Source and you can see the code behind it. The information that they got has since been removed from the website and it obviously was not intentional, but once it's out there, it's out there, maybe someone sleuthing will find it.
And the last bit of news for today is apparently Hideo Kojima actually shelved a game because it's very similar to the TV show The Boys, which is currently showing Season 3 on Amazon Prime. He tweeted out saying "The Boys, which I quit after 3 episodes of season 1. I thought I'd watch the rest of the show. Actually, I watched a few episodes that were delivered at the time when I was about to start a project that had been warming up for a long time, and put it on hold because the concept was similar, (different settings and tricks). A buddy (male/female) thing with a special detective squad facing off against legendary heroes behind the scenes. I was thinking of Mads as the lead." When he says Mads, he's talking about Mads Mikkelsen who was also in Death Stranding. Given that we live in such a creative world then it's likely that similar ideas are going to be had by more than one person.
