Techland shared that Dying Light 2 sold more than 5 million copies in its first month. Unfortunately, there was some issues with it when it first launched. Like with Cyberpunk 2077, I'm waiting for them to fix it fully with as many updates as possible and then I'll jump into it again.
And the next bit of news for today is Cory Barlog posted an update about God of War Ragnarok. He explained that while the game is progressing on nicely, they're not ready to show it off just yet, but hopefully we will get it as soon as they are ready to show it. And the Animation Director of the game has confirmed that the game is still going to be coming out later this year.
The last bit of news for today is a report on Bloomberg has revealed that there might be interested parties looking to buyout Ubisoft. Ubisoft themselves have not denied this is going on, but they've neither confirmed either. As a result the share price of Uisoft jumped 11% on Friday. If there's any more news about a potential buyout of Ubisoft then I'll be sure to share it.
