The Yakuza creator Toshihiro Nagoshi joined NetEase back in August, which I did report previously. And since then he's now established his own studio called Nagoshi Studio. He released a statement on the official website to explain his motivations, his history, what he's worked on and so on. And we will see what he develops. I will say again, good luck to him. Hopefully, it will go well.
And the next bit of news for today is answering the question what is the best DLSS profile to select? And a really strong indicator is to find out what does DLSS select on its own, if the DLSS Auto is actually available. From a benchmark on Tom's Hardware, you can see that if it's at 1080p, then it automatically selects Quality mode, if it's at 1440p automatically selects Balance, if it's at 4K automatically selects performance, and if it's at 8K resolution automatically it will select Ultra Performance. If you're trying to work out which setting to select, then hopefully that will be a good indicator for you.
And then the last bit of news for today is PlayStation tweeted out saying "Reminder about the Uncharted Legacy of Thieves Collection upgrade path. 1) You can upgrade it if you have purchased Uncharted 4 or Uncharted Lost Legacy or the Digital Bundle. 2) Upgrade will be available on Friday. 3) Costs £10 and 4) Sic Parvis Magna." That's a quote from Sir Francis Drake which means "Thus great things from small things (come)" and is a quote from the game. If you're like me and you're looking forward to jumping in again after all these years, then know that it's coming out on Friday. We will see what it's like.
