Video Transcript

Dying Light 2 will have cross play enabled, so that means you'll be able to co op between PlayStation and Xbox. And according to the Chief Technology Officer of Techland, who is the developer of the game called Pawel Rohleder, sorry if I mispronounce that. It will also be cross generation, so you'll be able to co op between PlayStation 4, for example, and Xbox Series X. Games like Dying Light are really fun in co op mode and you can co op, if it's based on the first game, with up to three other players. Jumping in with a group of friends being on voice chat and exploring the world and so on is just a lot more fun that way. Like, for example, I've been having a huge amount of fun playing through Far Cry 6 in co op, so I would highly recommend it. And then the next bit of news for today is apparently Ubisoft has green lit the development of a new main line Splinter Cell game. Fans of the series have been waiting years for any sort of announcement about Splinter Cell, so we will see if more information comes out about that in the future. Right now it's just a rumor, but we will see if they talk more about it at any point. And then the last bit of news for today is Eldon Ring has been delayed for roughly a month, but to coincide with that, the developer of the game has also announced a closed network test for November 12 to November 14 and you can sign up for it now. To sign up for it, you go to the official website. You need to do it before the 1 November and hope you get selected. You're able to select whether you want it for PlayStation or PC or Xbox. And what these networks test involve basically is just to make sure that the online gameplay of the game works well because souls like games always have either co op with friends or you invade other players games or you get invaded and so on. There is an online element to these games and that's what they want to test. I've signed up and then hopefully I'll be able to jump in when the game comes out with my friend and co op because again, these games can be very frustrating solo. It would be nice if I had my friend with me to go through the game.
