Ubisoft has actually issued a take-down notice against one of the people who released that list of unreleased games from GeForce NOW. I discussed a few days ago that there was a leak from GeForce NOW with a whole bunch of unreleased or unannounced games. And basically Ubisoft have said for the Ubisoft games, just remove this list like we are not ready to announce these games yet, and so on now. This list didn't actually show any (Ubisoft) game names. It was just project names or internal names, but people are trying to work out what those project names are referring to. Ubisoft have taken action to say take this list down, simple as that. But of course, I'm worried that this will probably just have the Barbara Streisand effect where they try and take it down, and then everyone will start sharing it. It's one of those things, but that's the Internet for you.
The next bit of news for today is Crystal Dynamics has basically said that they're not done yet with the Tomb Raider franchise. Recently they released Tomb Raider 2013, Rise of the Tomb Raider and Shadow of the Tomb Raider. Those three games were the origin story of Lara Croft, but they said basically that they still want to carry on the series. Square Enix recently released a Tomb Raider movie. Square Enix actually owns the rights to Tomb Raider, and Crystal Dynamics is one of their Studios. We will see what comes in the future. I loved all three of the new Tomb Raider games. I thought all three of them were fantastic. I would highly recommend them. Hopefully we'll get more information about it sooner than later. But I think right now Crystal Dynamics is working on Guardians of the Galaxy and some other games. They're busy at the moment, let's say. But I hope next they work on another Tomb Raider.
And then the last bit of news for today is Apple has basically said that that they are going to keep a ban on Fortnite until all appeals for the Apple versus Epic Games lawsuit is completely exhausted. And that could take upwards of up to five years, basically on average, because it does take a long time to go through the court process. RIP Fortnite on Apple App Store, even if the original judgment, which again I report a couple of days ago, was somewhat in Epic Games's favor and somewhat in Apple's favor. Who knows who actually won. You know, it wasn't an antitrust thing, so that Apple won at that. But they have to put third-party payment processes, so Epic Games can claim victory on that. No one knows who won. But either way, regardless, they can go through the appeal process for both sides. We will see what happens with that.
