DrDisrespect is actually starting his own game studio, according to a listing on the Champions Club website. Right now he's just looking for a Studio Head to lead the studio and then who knows what it would go to and lead to in the future. Guy Beahm, that's his real name used to actually be a developer for Call of Duty, so he does have knowledge and experience working in the gaming industry and with his style of doing things, I'm curious to see what sort of game he develops. It would be very interesting. And apparently they're going to be making this studio in collaboration with the said "mega influencers". I'm going to assume his friends, but that's not a bad thing because that means that they'll have the knowledge, the experience, the resources to put into it. So I would say good luck. That's what I would say.
The next bit of news for today is Tales of Arise, which is the next entry in the "Tales of" series is going to be having a demo release on Xbox and PlayStation around 18 Aug 2021. I will definitely check it out. I have played Tales of Zestiria and Tales of Berseria and I absolutely loved them. I'm looking forward to the "Tales of" game for sure.
And then the last bit of news for today is that there's some allegations of harassment coming out from SCUF Gaming. SCUF Gaming is a manufacturer of game controllers, and a former employee has left the Twit longer detailing harassment of the company and things like that. And the company itself has come out to say they take the allegations very seriously and they're urgently investigating what's going on. But as I said with the other cases, we're not going to see a stop to this. But I think that's a good thing, in terms of that, more people will feel empowered to reveal their stories and come out about it and get the justice they deserve.
