Death Stranding Director's Cut, which is the PlayStation 5 version of Death Stranding with a bunch of upgrades, is going to be officially released on the 24 Sep 2021. It will include a 60 FPS 4K upscale mode or just a native 4K fidelity mode. New Story missions you can transfer, transfer your PlayStation 4 save, you can use more weapons, more equipment and so on. If you're really into Death Strandng or if you like myself, never actually have played it and want to check out the first time, it might be worth waiting for the Director's Cut. Also, apparently, if you have the PlayStation 4 version and you want to get the Director's Cut, there's an upgrade fee of $10. I've seen some people say that it's a shame that the upgrades are not free, but hey it's a business. They're trying to make money. I don't think that's too bad.
And last night Sony did a State of Play and they featured Deathloop as well as five indie games. So if you didn't get a chance to watch it, you can just go on to YouTube. You can probably find the backup of it just go on the official PlayStation channels and you'll find the State of Play.
Then the last bit of news for today Top Gear, which is a popular car TV show in the UK, which I think is widely known, have been delving into gaming. So now there's a Top Gear Gaming Show. Now, of course, Top Gear is not the same bunch as it used to be. And now with like Clarkson and the original trio on Amazon instead. But it's nice to see that mainstream media is more picking up on gaming based shows. You know, I think that's really, really cool.
