FFXIV Job Unlock Quests: Warrior Unlock Guide
In this FFXIV guide, I show how to unlock the Warrior Job.Unlocking the Warrior Job
To unlock the Warrior job in FFXIV, you must first reach level 30 as a Marauder and complete the class quest "Bringing Down the Mountain". Then, head to Limsa Lominsa and speak to Blauthota in the Marauders' Guild to start the quest "Pride and Duty (Will Take You from the Mountain)". This will begin your journey as a Warrior.You can find the Marauders' Guild in Limsa Lominsa Upper Decks (X: 11.0, Y: 6.3).
Follow the questline, and you'll unlock the Warrior job, gaining access to its abilities and equipment.
The Warrior job was added to Final Fantasy XIV in the original release and remains a staple tank role in the game.
First Steps as a Warrior
After completing "Pride and Duty (Will Take You from the Mountain)", you'll receive your first Warrior weapon and ability. Continue the job questline to unlock more abilities and deepen your understanding of the Warrior's role in dealing and mitigating damage.Engage in various quests such as "Call of the Sea" and "The Face of War" to build your skills and reputation as a Warrior.
The Path of a Berserker
As a Warrior, your primary duty is to protect your allies and maintain enmity (aggro) on enemies. This involves using your abilities to deal significant damage while also mitigating damage effectively. Embrace your role with ferocity and dedication, and you'll become a key asset in any group content in FFXIV.As you advance, you'll unlock more powerful abilities and gain access to unique Warrior gear, enhancing your performance and appearance.

Playing as a Warrior offers a powerful and aggressive tanking experience. Warriors have strong offensive capabilities, self-healing abilities, and a high damage output.
