In this FFXIV guide, I show how to unlock the Sage Job.

Unlocking the Sage Job

To unlock the Sage job in FFXIV, you must have purchased the Endwalker expansion and have at least one other job at level 70 or higher. Once these requirements are met, head to Limsa Lominsa and speak to Sharlayan Maiden in Limsa Lominsa Lower Decks (X: 9.4, Y: 12.9) to start the quest "Sage's Path". This will begin your journey as a Sage.

Follow the questline, and you'll unlock the Sage job, gaining access to its abilities and equipment.

The Sage job was added to Final Fantasy XIV in the Endwalker expansion and offers a unique healing role with a focus on barriers and offensive spells.

First Steps as a Sage

After completing "Sage's Path", you'll receive your first Sage weapon and ability. Continue the job questline to unlock more abilities and deepen your understanding of the Sage's role in healing and supporting your party.

Engage in various quests such as "Sage's Disciples" and "The Healing Touch" to build your skills and reputation as a Sage.

As a Sage, your primary duty is to heal and protect your allies through powerful barrier spells and strategic offensive abilities. This involves using your abilities to mitigate damage and enhance your party's effectiveness in battle. Embrace your role with precision and care, and you'll become a vital asset in any group content in FFXIV.

As you advance, you'll unlock more powerful abilities and gain access to unique Sage gear, enhancing your performance and appearance.
