FFXIV Job Unlock Quests: Machinist Unlock Guide
In this FFXIV guide, I show how to unlock the Machinist Job.Unlocking the Machinist Job
To unlock the Machinist job in FFXIV, you must have the Heavensward expansion and reach level 50 in any Disciple of War or Magic class. Then, head to Ishgard and speak to Stephanivien at the Skysteel Manufactory to start the quest "Savior of Skysteel". This will begin your journey as a Machinist.You can find the Skysteel Manufactory in Ishgard - Foundation (X: 8.1, Y: 10.1).
Follow the questline, and you'll unlock the Machinist job, gaining access to its abilities and equipment.
The Machinist job was added to Final Fantasy XIV in the Heavensward expansion and offers a unique ranged DPS role in the game.
First Steps as a Machinist
After completing "Savior of Skysteel", you'll receive your first Machinist weapon and ability.
