FFXIV Tribal Quests: Ixali Unlock Guide

Before aiding the Ixali in their quest for aviation and craftsmanship, you need to complete the "In Pursuit of the Past" main scenario quest in the A Realm Reborn expansion. Once you have earned the trust of the Ixali, a series of tribal quests will become available, inviting Disciples of the Hand to engage in a narrative that transcends mere task completion.Your journey begins with a step into the North Shroud, where the Ixali's tale of innovation and skyward ambition awaits.
You can find them at Ehcatl, North Shroud (X:24, Y:22).
You can unlock them by doing the following quest:
A Bad Bladder - NPC: Scarlet
Level 1
New Gridania (X:9.9, Y:11.4)
The Ixali Beast Tribe was added to Final Fantasy XIV in Patch 2.28.
First Contact: Meeting Scarlet
After completing the "In Pursuit of the Past" quest, Scarlet in New Gridania will guide you to Ehcatl in the North Shroud, where you will meet the Ixali. Engage in conversation with Scarlet to begin the quest chain that forms the foundation of your relationship with this beast tribe.Through quests such as "A High Wind in Ishgard" and "In Spite of It All", you build a mutual understanding and respect with the Ixali, opening doors to daily tasks and rewards.

A great way to start earning reputation with the Beast Tribes in Final Fantasy XIV is to complete their daily quests, which are available once you've completed the initial questline for each tribe.
